Q&A: Is the jailbreak “jailbreakme.com” safe and reliable?

Question by Nick: Is the jailbreak “jailbreakme.com” safe and reliable?
I heard this is the only jailbreak out for the iPhone 4 now and i was wondering if it was safe ad reliable? Also, if i had the app instalous (allows you to get every iphone/ipod app for free) or something like that and if it had cydia w/ winterboard (allows you to get different backgrounds, lockscreens, and sliders)? Thanks
